SHIPPING & RETURNS

SHIPPING POLICY

Thank you for choosing House of Envy Hair. We would like to inform that all orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days, with the exception of weekends and holidays. Standard shipping within the United States typically takes an additional 3-7 business days for delivery. If you require faster delivery, we offer overnight shipping options. Please keep in mind that delivery times may vary depending on the method selected and the number of orders being processed.

An order confirmation email will be sent indicating that your order was received in our system. Once the order is processed a shipping confirmation email will be sent along with the tracking number information for the order. 

(Please be advised: Your estimated delivery time is calculated from the day the order is shipped, not the date the order was placed)

House of Envy Hair is not responsible for delayed or lost packages due to an incorrect address that was entered at the time of checkout. The customer is solely responsible for ensuring all shipping information provided is correct upon checkout. 

 

House of Envy is not responsible for delays or errors that are caused by the shipping company.

RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY

House of Envy Hair values customer satisfaction and offers store credit for returns instead of refunds.  Once an order is placed, it may not be canceled or refunded due to this we advise customers to review their order details carefully before submitting your order. If you're not completely satisfied with your hair extensions, we're happy to provide you with store credit that can be used towards a future purchase. Please note that store credit is only eligible for any ordered placed with House of Envy Hair within 15 days of the delivery date as long as the order remains in original condition. Items cannot be returned or exchanged for a refund other than a store credit.  All returned items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with the tags attached. To be eligible for store credit, the hair can not be removed from it's original packaging, washed, finger-combed, brushed, installed, bleached, colored, chemically processed, or tampered with in any way.  House of Envy Hair is NOT responsible if you or your stylist damage the hair caused by over-processing, dying the hair, or incorrectly bleaching. Once the lace on frontals, wigs or closures is cut, it will no longer being eligible for return to receive store credit

We are not accepting exchanges. If you want to exchange your items for another product, you must return your original order first and then place a new order.
